5. Returns and Exchanges
In case a customer is receiving the damaged / wrong item, we can exchange the item. We accept returns within 1 week of the purchase. Please notify us immediately after receipt. Both delivery costs to and from will be on us.  customer care team will guide customers through the process, ensuring a smooth experience. while return or exchange required items are receipt of the payment, invoice, and item certificate is required. Applicable within Japan.

The item's damage highly depends on the type of usage. We stand behind the quality of our handbags and lab-grown diamond jewelry. Our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing/shipping defects when you receive them. Notify us within 1 week of receipt and we will repair or exchange the item. Should any issues arise, our customer care team will assist customers in initiating warranty claims or arranging repairs.  Applicable within Japan.

For Jewelry items even though broken by rough usage or accidental damage we have repair services available. Please consult our customer care, they will guide you through the process and repair quotation.
